🔥 Quick Start Guide

1. Stove (Hob) Operation

The cooking plates are controlled by the buttons on the left and right sides of the control panel and the central adjusting knob.

  • Turn On a Zone: Press the button corresponding to the desired cooking plate (e.g., front left). The display will likely show 0.
  • Adjust Heat: Turn the central Adjusting Knob clockwise to increase heat (levels 1–9) or counter-clockwise to decrease it.
  • Turn Off: Turn the knob back to 0 or press the zone button again.

2. Oven Operation

To use the oven, you generally follow this sequence: Select Mode → Set Temperature.

  • Select Heating Mode: Turn the Mode Selector Knob (left dial) to the desired symbol (see "Common Symbols" below). The corresponding symbol will light up, and the default temperature (e.g., 200°C) will flash for about 4 seconds.
  • Set Temperature: While the temperature display is flashing, turn the central Adjusting Knob to your desired temperature.
If the display stops flashing before you are done, press the Temperature Button (°C) to activate it again, then turn the knob.
  • The oven will now heat up. The display shows the current temperature rising until it reaches your setting.
  • Turn Off: Turn the Mode Selector Knob back to the 0 position.
